Update: The BiaWeb Qt home page is now up.

I am currently developing the Qt version of my static website creator/content manager, BiaWeb. This is tailored to content-rich websites with a collection of articles organized by category. The idea is simple, but effective. For a demo of how this works, check my reviews site.

  1. Very nice - I don't think I've ever seen a desktop app for managing a CMS before. When you get the time, cook up an ebuild and I'll test it out :)

  2. It's a python application. Doesn't need to be compiled or built. You can clone the git repository to follow progress. It's still in development though the main features seem to work fine as of now. I've not yet implemented template editor and the export website. Once I do that it'll be complete for a public beta.

    So far as dependencies are required you need is python >=2.6 and python-qt4.

    You could probably port it as a gentoo package, Dion. You know more about it that I do :biggrin:
