Creating a thought baloon in Inkscape

I created a simple tutorial on how to draw comic-book style thought bubbles in Inkscape using the basic ellipse/circle shape.

No audio, it's self-explanatory.

  1. Good job. You know, actually the lines on the sides (by the rectangle boundaries) are also interesting... seem like sort of a sudden thought!

  3. I'm not entirely sure, but I think he meant the bounding box's resizing arrows.

  4. I get what you mean. Yes, adding those outward arrows would add some dynamism to the thought balloon.
