A fresh new look

As you can see, I decided to spruce up the whole website. Earlier, I was using the same look for all the sections of the site (even though each sub-site had its own independent layout and style sheet). But somehow, I wasn't satisfied with that. Uniformity in layout is nice, but using the same colours everywhere was a bit drab. I hope you like the new look.

I actually believe that sprucing up a website from time to time - giving it a fresh coat of paint, so to speak - actually helps my creativity. I get bored looking at the same design over an extended period of time even though I keep telling myself that the last design would become permanent. In this instance, I only modified the CSS and didn't fiddle with the XHTML code, so it's rather more trivial.

Do take a look at the other parts of the site as well and give me your feedback. (If some images don't load, try refreshing the page as it may be trying to load a non-existing image from your browser's cache.)

  1. Wheyhey ;) Looking spiffy, you should try "removing" the paint on the site someday like I did mine :P

  2. Dion, you can use the "no page style" in firefox to remove the paint. :)
